- Begin the checkout process under the 'Build Your Experience' heading.
- When ready, click the 'Proceed to Pay' button.
- In the checkout screen, there will be a field called 'Coupon, Referral or Gift Card? Enter here'. If you have a gift card, enter its unique ID into this field to redeem its value.
- If the total cost of your experience is more than your gift value, the difference will need to be paid with a Credit Card or PayPal account.
- If the total cost of your experience is less than your gift value, the remaining credit will be left on your gift card for future use.
Remember, gift cards received prior to December 2019 cannot be redeemed online. If your gift card starts with any of the ID formats below, get in touch via phone or email to redeem your booking through the customer support team.

Amazingco Return Policy?
The return policy for Amazingco.me is as follows:
- For all AmazingCo Experiences, changes can be made to the booking at any time up until 3 business days before the experience date. This includes changes to the experience itself, date, time, people, and dietary needs. Some changes may incur an added cost. Full refunds are available for cancellations made at any time up until 3 business days before the experience date. Any cancellations after this time will not be refunded due to service & supplier costs already incurred.
- Limited and Ultra Limited experiences are non-refundable. However, a flexible Swap Guarantee is offered in the event you can no longer make your experience.
- For Mystery Weekends, booking changes and cancellations with a full refund are available up until 3 weeks before the experience date.
- For Virtual Kids Parties, booking changes and cancellations with a full refund are available up until 7 days before the experience date.
- Some At-Home experiences include a physical kit to be delivered as part of the experience. For these experiences, changes and cancellations are available up until 14 days before the experience date.
